Ponto alto para os funcionários da recepção que são atenciosos. Ponto fraco para as instalações do hotel porque precisam de reforma e a televisão que só funciona na TV Record deveria ter mais opções de canais.

É um hotel que tem tudo pra ser bom, bem localizado, num prédio estiloso e arquitetura inspiradora, Mas está largado. Com vários remendos no interior, visível economia nos processos e limpeza que fica muito a desejar. Na chegada, encontrei o banheiro com pelos de barba sobre o lavatório e no chão, que também apresentava vários cabelos compridos pelos cantos. As torneiras faltando peças e o acento da privada já todo deformado dão um aspecto de desleixo para o ambiente. A porta do box não fechava e o chão acabava ficando todo molhado após o banho. Eles não parecem ter caixa d'água. Na última noite não havia água quente, e disseram que a água da rua havia sido cortada sem aviso. Tive que dormir sem tomar banho. Achei o lençol em péssimas condições, com manchas e furos e uma das portinholas da janela não tinha trinco, ficando entreaberta o tempo todo. Pedi um copo para tomar água no quarto, e não tinham. Eu disse que podia ser descartável mesmo e não tinha também...O aparelho do interfone estava em cima da estante e também não funcionava, tinha que descer mesmo na recepção... triste ver o hotel nessas condições. Espero não voltar.

Péssima estadia
Precisei de uma colher para comer um sorvete a noite e os funcionários me disseram que não podiam abrir a cozinha para pegar. Tive que ir numa farmácia 24 horas e comprar 10 colheres descartáveis para usar apenas 1. Além disso, o chuveiro demora esquentar. O teto do banheiro está todo mofado. A noite desci para comprar água e só vou tinha água com gás.

Hotel honesto pelo que cobra
Hotel para quem vai realmente so dormir, oelo valor esta dentro do esperado, mas se voce tem algum problema com ambientes antigos, nao recomendo, cafe da manha basico, mas é possível comer algumas coisas, equipe do cafe bem atrapalhada, fora isso, tudo ok.

Atendimento razoável. Local: prédio aparentemente antigo, o banheiro era novo, porém com pontos de supostamente mofo. Tinha água quente e fria, frigobar e cama de solteiro, não havia serviço de quarto. O café da manhã era básico porém saboroso. Acredito q foi um bom custo/beneficio, a rua era bem movimentada, locais para alimentação ao redor e perto de pontos turísticos.

Bem razoável. A garagem fica na rua ao lado e é cobrado uma diária de R$ 20,00. Não lembro de ver essa informação na reserva. Usamos a piscina que tinha sinais de falta de limpeza a mais de um dia. No quarto encontramos um sapato de algum outro hóspede, o móvel que ficava a TV com bastante poeira e o chão do box do chuveiro necessitando de limpeza mais pesada.

Bom, barato e confortável
Hotel simples, mas excelente! Frigobar, ar condicionado, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande, roupas ee cama perfumadas e recepção nota 10. Ficamos em.um quarto triplo, silenciodo. O hotel oferece, além do café da manhã, caldos no horário da noitee são deliciosos. Quando voltar em BH, ficarei lá novamente
