Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

O que mais me incomodou foi a funcionária da copa. Ela ficava falando o tempo todo ao celular. Ela estava tentando arrumar funcionários para fazer a limpeza do hotel. Enquanto falava, manuseava os alimentos, sem máscara.

Hotel antigo, acomodações simples mas mto confortáveis e limpas. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, bom café da manhã, uma ótima localização pra passeio e compras. Com uma curta caminhada vc chega ao Shopping Cidade, na Rua Rio de Janeiro, ampliando suas opções de compras e alimentação. Recomendo!

A estadia foi do dia 14 ao dia 17/11/24. Meu quarto não tinha água quente. Quando fui questionar, a funcionária disse que todo o terceiro andar estava sem água quente por problema na caldeira. Perguntei se havia outro quarto disponível e disseram que não no tipo que aluguei. Então, pq hospedar pessoas lá? Ou pq não avisaram no check-in? Insisti que não tinha como tomar banho gelado num fds chuvoso e de temperaturas amenas. Perguntei se nao tinha como liberar um outro quarto apenas para tomar banho. Liberaram! O chuveiro era ótimo. Mas... parece que liberaram o mesmo quarto pra outras pessoas usarem tbm pq tinha papel higiênico sujo no cesto do banheiro. Os recepcionistas foram bem atenciosos. Porém, as camareiras e as copeiras não foram solícitas. Na verdade, deixaram bem claro a má vontade até mesmo em responder e atender uma simples pergunta como se teria gelo no hotel e repôr papel higiênico. A estrutura não é ruim. Precisa de mais atenção e cuidado

Decepção!
Foi frustrante! 1- Chuveiro não esquentava a água ou demorava muito p esquentar. Esfriava durante o banho. Hospedei-me por uma semana e todos os dias tive problema com a água não esquentar. Uma semana fria e com chuvas tive que tomar alguns banhos de água fria. 2- Frigobar deu defeito. Reclamei. Demoram um dia para trocar. Alertei que tinha uma certa urgência em trocá-lo pois tinha minha compras dentro. Perdi minhas compras que estavam nele. (Tinha apartamento vago q simplesmente poderiam ter trocado 3- Lençóis menores que a cama de solteiro! tanto na largura como no comprimento.(tenho fotos). 4- Não tem mais interfones dos quartos para a recepção. Qualquer dúvida, só pelo whatsapp. Só que demoram param responder. 5- Vazamentos de água nos corredores duraram toda a semana que estive hospedado (tenho fotos). Fora as infiltrações de agua e mofo nas paredes dos corredores.( cito no terceiro andar, onde fiquei). 6- Café da manha caiu muito! Falta o básico, tipo talheres, açucar, guardanapo e só tinha leite frio. a reposição dos alimentos que acabavam era lenta. Tive que pedir se podiam esquentar um pouquinho na minha xícara. Uma vergonha! Também todos os dias, as mesas sujas do hóspede que utilizaram antes. Um plástico feio e sujo. Passava o guardanapo e saia sujeira inclusive que vinha da rua. O grill estava tão sujo que dava nojo colocar um pãozinho para esquentar. Sujeira acumulada de dias... ou semanas... 7- Funcionários, com poucas exceções atendem com simpatia "zero".

Péssimo hotel.
Apesar dos funcionários da acomodação serem gentis, o quarto, além de não contar com TV, estava em condições deploráveis. Piso estourado, ventilador sem funcionar, área de banho suja, além de não haver sequer um frigobar simples para resfriar ao menos água. De igual modo, o café da manhã é péssimo. Café frio, sanduicheira suja, pouquíssimas opções de frutas. No que se refere aos laticínios, só oferecem margarina e queijo muçarela enrolado num presunto de baixíssima qualidade. Durante a minha estadia, vale dizer, um dos elevadores do hotel ficou diuturnamente sem funcionar.

Razoável. Hospedei-me por dois dias, sendo que em um deles não havia água quente para o banho. Sinais de infiltração nos corredores do andar, no interior do apartamento e também marcas e odor de mofo no interior do apartamento. O hotel fica em um local bom, mas precisa de manutenção em todos os cômodos.
