"We had to change our plans do to a storm in the mountains. We had a reservation for Saturday. The website and the hotel sites all said no availability on Friday. I asked at the desk about it and they put us on the room we eould have the next day and let us check in 6 hours early. I cant say enough about Monica at the desk. They staff all around were great."
