The bed was clean and comfortable, and the towels were nice. The first room we were given had a toilet would not flush so we requested another room and that was not a problem. But there were things missing in the second room, and I had to go ask for things that would normally be in the room, no coffee cups, andthere was no hand soap. The breakfast area was not clean, and the person putting out the breakfast food was not wearing gloves or a hairnet and was playing on his phone in between servicing the breakfast items. For the amount that we paid, we expected a little bit more, but giving the limited options in this town we will probably stay here again.

The Hotel is fine, the property around it is unfinished and just poor conditions to enter and exit, looks like they stopped development of the parking for Trucks and trailers..

Comfort Inn not so comfortable!
The elevator was out. Even though there were two able men looking to be employees chatting with receptionist at desk, there was no offer to help carry our luggage upstairs. After getting settled in room, we realized that we weren’t able to change channels on tv. The receptionist was very aware of the problem when I went downstairs to talk to her. She responded, “yes, that’s one of the rooms that is having problems with the tv”. She made it sound that it’s been a problem for a while.?? I asked for another room, so we then repacked and moved up another floor. There are not many hotels in this area, and the next town is many miles away, so you’re kind of stuck!

We reserved and pre paid on mobile. We decided to use our 93 Expedia cash to supplement the OVER priced room. I pray no one paid full price. Once we checked in the lady at the desk said here’s your key cards on the 3rd floor. The elevator is broken. And I said you should have mentioned that we aren’t able to climb stairs and my husband has a heart issue. She just shrugged. No rooms any lower. The window had no screen and the window was open. I called her to tell her and she said just push it harder. Also the bathroom mirror was filthy. Not a good place very non caring staff and WAY over priced. We would like our money and 93 dollars back!

Everything was nice except breakfast the omelets were still frozen but they handled that quickly...the only thing i had a complaint about was the whole time were eating the staff about 5 ladys all gathered around the front desk complaining pretty loud about some of the customers staying here so very un professional
