"We paid extra for a pool top villa but did not really think it was worth the extra as it was so small and lots of little ants. Very strict on bringing outside drinks and food around pool. ( I got told I could not eat crisps as not purchased from them) Had to ask for our pool to be cleaned and had cockroaches in bathroom but they did come straight away to fix. On the plus staff lovely hotel very clean good gym and good location "

"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

"The service and staff were immaculate. We stayed a week and had an all inclusive stay. Each restaurant was lovely, breakfast amazing. The massages and spa treatments were fantastic. The location is quiet and peaceful, great views and nice beach, about an hour from the airport and 15mins from Old Phuket Town. Very glad we stayed there and away from the hussle and bussle of Patong and the markets, while still being a short taxi ride from everything. The bird watching tour was great too, definitely...
