"Brand new, so rooms were clean. Super small though. We ended up with a connecting room for 2 adults and one kid - that was nice because of the 2nd bathroom. We got a deal because we booked before it opened - could have chosen to stay a couple of more days at a higher price, but chose elsewhere instead. It’s fine - but the elevator situation is outrageous! Lines out the door. The automated checkin process was not smooth and neither was the baggage storage. It all worked out in the end, and maybe...

"Excellent hotel with high quality facilities and even has a 7/11 (Lawson) in the 4th floor open 24/7! Highly recommend staying here— it’s 5 minute walk to Metro and 7 minute walk to Osaka station — super close to lots of food. Dotonbori area is about 10 mins by car but walkable too if youre looking to stroll through back streets. "

"Close to higobashi station which will give you access to two important stations which are umeda and namba. 7/11 comes in clutch for quick snacks and drinks. Rooms are tiny but clean. Overall, it’s a good deal for the money."

"It was easy to check in and out and I did a late check out it was very easy and the staff are very friendly. I did ask if they had scale for a suitcase they did have it. It was very helpful. Thank you I look forward to seeing them again in April. "
