"When we, 4 adults with 3 children, arrived, the house was occupied by others. And the owner said she doesn't know abour the ad-article published at expedia.com saying that maybe it would be one by hackers to pick-up the money from my credit card. We had to find another hotel."

"The royal palm is in a beautiful setting!! The staff makes you feel like you are at home. Jesus, Gustavo, Annelise(spelling), and Diego. Also all the other staff members. The property needs some TLC."
