"Rooms and furniture out dated , small. Of tobacco present , far from the city if you have a car it is ok and quiet . We had to pay for a breakfast and coffee took advantage of us and very poor quality food . Staff were not nice at all , I don’t recommend this hotel at all "

"Room had everything we needed including comfy chairs and table on balcony. Also a clothes drier too. Well stocked complimentary hot & cold drinks. Nicely presented and good choice of food for breakfast with fantastic views of sea & mountains. Owner & Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very good location for old town & ancient city. "

"Fantastic hotel ,I cannot fault it . The staff are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The rooms are luxurious modern and clean. The food is extremely good plentiful and varied. The international restaurant and Sandals are of a very high standard. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and the Barut Hemera is the best . "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunprime. Loved ground floor room around pool although it was very shaded by trees. End of season so very quiet and pool bar closed. Quite alot of maintenance noise in the morning. Cleaner knocked too early at 9am. Bed very comfortable. Was woken up in the middle of night by a bright sensor light shining in the room and howling cries outside by the pool which appeared to be people praying very loudly. It was quite scary and no idea what was going on. Loved...

"Hotels actually in the restricted vehicle area of Side so you have to drive up to the gate and tell a guy you're going to the Neptune Hotel so that he'll lift the gate. Hotel itself is a little beat up but the staff are really helpful the location is spectacularly good "

"The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card. "Hotel was very nice but in need of some modernization. All inclusive package included all meals and drinks at the bar but no wifi in the rooms (have to pay around €10 for 5 days). Food options were very good and a nice variety every meal. They offer shisha pool side which is a very nice relaxing experience. Staff were very friendly especially cleaners. Hotel managers are very friendly and were available to help out with any issues we had. Negatives; However there was 1 particular bar staff...

Food wasn't eddible had to eat out every night, no staff spoke English had to use Google translate, the rooms were disgusting and I caught them filling up the fresh water from the mains tap. Shouldn't be selling this hotel the pics are not the hotel you end up at. I wouldn't feed my dog that food. Overall the whole thing was terrible. Stay away. "
