"Rooms and furniture out dated , small. Of tobacco present , far from the city if you have a car it is ok and quiet . We had to pay for a breakfast and coffee took advantage of us and very poor quality food . Staff were not nice at all , I don’t recommend this hotel at all "

"Room had everything we needed including comfy chairs and table on balcony. Also a clothes drier too. Well stocked complimentary hot & cold drinks. Nicely presented and good choice of food for breakfast with fantastic views of sea & mountains. Owner & Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very good location for old town & ancient city. "

"Excellent especially for families with young kids. There's plenty to do. Good food with lota of choices. Only complaint would be that the indoor pools weren't heated to the temperature it was meant to be heated to on the last day of our stay (i.e. to 28 degrees for the adults pool and 29 degrees for the kids pool - the kids pool was actually much colder than the adults one), so we couldn'treally use them for very long at all. "We really enjoyed our stay at Sunprime. Loved ground floor room around pool although it was very shaded by trees. End of season so very quiet and pool bar closed. Quite alot of maintenance noise in the morning. Cleaner knocked too early at 9am. Bed very comfortable. Was woken up in the middle of night by a bright sensor light shining in the room and howling cries outside by the pool which appeared to be people praying very loudly. "The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card.
