"The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card. "Rooms and furniture out dated , small. Of tobacco present , far from the city if you have a car it is ok and quiet . We had to pay for a breakfast and coffee took advantage of us and very poor quality food . Staff were not nice at all , I don’t recommend this hotel at all "

"Room had everything we needed including comfy chairs and table on balcony. Also a clothes drier too. Well stocked complimentary hot & cold drinks. Nicely presented and good choice of food for breakfast with fantastic views of sea & mountains. Owner & Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very good location for old town & ancient city. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunprime. Loved ground floor room around pool although it was very shaded by trees. End of season so very quiet and pool bar closed. Quite alot of maintenance noise in the morning. Cleaner knocked too early at 9am. Bed very comfortable. Was woken up in the middle of night by a bright sensor light shining in the room and howling cries outside by the pool which appeared to be people praying very loudly. "Reception was great, staff members were very kind. breakfast was perfect, Turkish coffee was very delicious, the best apart in Side. Huseyin did a very good job during our stay, he handles all issues easily, he was very helpful. We will visit it again. The rooms are clean, kitchen equipment was very nice. "

"Hotels actually in the restricted vehicle area of Side so you have to drive up to the gate and tell a guy you're going to the Neptune Hotel so that he'll lift the gate. Hotel itself is a little beat up but the staff are really helpful the location is spectacularly good "

The hotel’s service bus dropped us off at, and picked us up from, the beach (which is a short walk/drive from the hotel). " All was good, but I would like to have a street work out and the hotel does not have a horizontal bar for pull ups. I hope the hotel will install the horizontal bar in the garden. It is not that expensive but useful. "

"The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources. In between Side and Manavgat centres. Quiet convinient. They are targeting jump from 5 stars to ultra lux level. Entertainment and foods are enough but not extra ordinary level. Rooms are quite large, simple and modern. There are also villas exist for entire families. Recommended as family type holiday with lots of facilities and activities for children. "
