"This all-inclusive hotel’s staff and managers showed us a great hospitality, both at the hotel and their bar at the beach. The hotel’s service bus dropped us off at, and picked us up from, the beach (which is a short walk/drive from the hotel). The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant on the beach which served us with free hot drinks, sun lounges and umbrellas right by the water. "Hotel was very nice but in need of some modernization. All inclusive package included all meals and drinks at the bar but no wifi in the rooms (have to pay around €10 for 5 days). Food options were very good and a nice variety every meal. They offer shisha pool side which is a very nice relaxing experience. Staff were very friendly especially cleaners. Hotel managers are very friendly and were available to help out with any issues we had. Negatives; However there was 1 particular bar staff...

"Rooms and furniture out dated , small. Of tobacco present , far from the city if you have a car it is ok and quiet . We had to pay for a breakfast and coffee took advantage of us and very poor quality food . Staff were not nice at all , I don’t recommend this hotel at all "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunprime. Loved ground floor room around pool although it was very shaded by trees. End of season so very quiet and pool bar closed. Quite alot of maintenance noise in the morning. Cleaner knocked too early at 9am. Bed very comfortable. Was woken up in the middle of night by a bright sensor light shining in the room and howling cries outside by the pool which appeared to be people praying very loudly. It was quite scary and no idea what was going on. Loved...

"Stay away. Food wasn't eddible had to eat out every night, no staff spoke English had to use Google translate, the rooms were disgusting and I caught them filling up the fresh water from the mains tap. Shouldn't be selling this hotel the pics are not the hotel you end up at. I wouldn't feed my dog that food. Overall the whole thing was terrible. Stay away. "

"Went as a couple for a two night stay in November. Met up with friends as we have done for the last couple of years. Entertainment was really good too. Food was plentiful with all choices. My friends have stayed in season and they said it is magical with so much to do. Always a very enjoyable stay. "

Aydinbey King's Palace & Spa -Ultra All Inclusive

"Had a lovely time here with my family. The hotel staff were great, facilities well maintained and clean. the housekeeping staff also did a great job daily cleaning our room. The latter made us very comfortable since we had a 9 month old who needed to crawl about. Wish the kids buffet had a few more options though… apart from that the food was lovely. "
