"This property is very nice. It’s quiet, not overly crowded. Pool facilities are very nice. The staff are all really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the limited food options. They have a buffet but the food is mediocre at best. A Japanese restaurant which the food was better than the buffet but still not great. Luckily they had tacos available near the pool area each day which are really good. "

"This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked...

"Property was immaculate and staff were very nice. The food was a hit or miss. Love that it is in a gated community! Felt super safe walking off property by myself, just not a lot of place close to walk or to shop. Please on 30- 90minutes of drive time to get somewhere to shop. Would like the staff to be more knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The beach is private for the resort, however, there are a few vendors that sell jewelry, sunglasses, massages that are allowed on...

"This was our first holiday as a family of five. We have three young kids between 7 months and 7 years. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We have traveled often over the years, and never done the “all inclusive” route - that is now forever changed because of this property. The rooms were great, the pools were great, the food was great, the SHOWS were great, the staff were great and the beach was great! This resort has something for everyone.
