"Staff was amazing, each and every single person we met was polite, attentive, friendly, and efficient. Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were glorious! Breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Location was good and though in a busy area, we couldn’t hear any noise in our room. Very nice lobby and bar, welcome drinks and a towel was very much welcomed and needed. Learned about Vietnamese gin at the bar which was a nice treat. Little touches are missing such as lotion in communal...
