"Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"The Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel close to the beach and Main Street in Patong. Great facilities, spacious rooms and easy free parking if you rent a car. Friendly helpful staff. Only let down was the breakfast - average food quality. They have a cooking station for eggs - the chef there is rather grumpy. Also, he cooks a big batch of fried eggs which he puts on a plate, which goes cold, rather than frying them on request. Wasn’t happy that I asked for hot fried eggs. Maybe next time we will...

"We spent 7 nights in this resort. Very safe and tranquil place to stay. It’s like an oasis with all the greeneries, trees, mini pond, waterfall in the property. It has two pools and a gym. Gym has reasonable equipment to meet your exercise needs. Buffet breakfast has sufficient options. Property is a bit outdated and can benefit with some maintenance in some areas however not a deal breaker for us. "The Nap Patong is situated a two minute walk away from the main pulse of Patong Beach and its main hub. Staff at the Nap Patong were always welcoming every time my wife and I saw them during the day between coming and going into the Nap. It is quite easy to venture around the grounds that have been so thoughtfully landscaped. we will be returning to the Nap Patong on out next visit to Patong."
