Atrium Lobby bar and bartenders were friendly and helpful with suggestions. Hotel was far enough away from busy areas but convenient and safe. Great place and best value in Austin. "

"Stayed here for a few days, great location, located in the centre of the cool part of Austin. Seemed to be a good spot for attendees of SXSW. The hotel was great, and I will give them kudos as they did not massively inflate prices even though SX was taking place. The staff were really nice, room large and comfortable, there's a cafe/bar connected which is convenient. Nice pool area. One thing I will say (nothing to do with the hotel itself). The area is quite noisy, some people can start to play drums outside late at night and the rooms are not soundproofed. I would stay here again, nice people, clean, cool area, close to food and coffee places. "
