"Our check-in started rough, our room was not ready at check-in time (3p), however, this was due to IHG members get late check out. WOW! We became members to take advantage of this benefit. The service was great, very nice and accommodating. The hotel's location was great. It was near restaurants and not too much traffic going or coming throughout the day. Definitely would recommend it and stay here in the future."
