We picked a double deluxe room, which was exactly as the one showed at their web-page: clean, nice and spacious! But the best of the hotel was the staff: friendly and sincerely willing to help. Also the one-day tour to Halong Bay that we reserved via the hotel was great and a good value for the money. Definitely we would go again to this hotel "
