"In the heart of everything. Personnel makes you feel special. Nice and quiet with resort like feel in the heart of the city. Nice balcony but no seating could have been an opportunity. Yoga instructor at 8 am lacked enthusiasm and could have shown more passion for her craft. Gym did say silence but too many people were talking in their phone while exercising and should be informed of the policy."

"I got a inflammation in the eye during my stay at the hotel. The staff arranged a meeting with the doctor. They also arranged the prescription afterwards, so I got it to the hotel room. Thanks for everything."

Helpful, kind and went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and offered a full spread of international options each morning. "This is a beautiful, historic property, built on the waterfront of Mumbai. The heritage tour is a must-do, to hear about the history of the building. The rooms in the older, palace wing are spacious and tastefully done. The service, like the property, is impeccable. "
