"Staff were great, area around hotel was filthy, location was great to get everywhere, room was clean and service very good, need to get internet and tv service upgraded to work all the time. I would highly recommend the hotel for safety, great staff and location! Rooms are small but price is very good and we spend travelling not in our rooms! , lrt to south area of city easy to use, so I trust this hotel and staff and thst is key for me when travelling, women will also be safe here! "

"My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. "Excellent stay at the newly opened mid range Esquire Hotel while attending a Conference. Front desk staff especially Mr Ramesh very helpful . "I really enjoyed this hotel after trying to stay with a friend's cousin in Mumbai. It is a bit tired around the edges, there are signs of some wear but it is still a haven of comfort and tranquility compared to the rest of Mumbai. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. It is some of the guests that bring the tone down. I observed rudeness to staff in the form of yelling, inappropriate attire like appearing to breakfast in pajamas and hotel slippers, ill-behaved children etc. Mumbai itself is not a pleasant experience but that's not the hotel's fault. As soon as you turn the corner from the hotel drive, you are surrounded by the typical filth, noise and squalor that make up most of the city. It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. I didn't hear any aircraft noise, not even outdoors by the pool. You hear some faint traffic noises there but it's not too bad. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the street. You could hear the ever-present honking through the window but it wasn't too loud. The food buffets are lavish and varied, bed are super comfortable and the concierge service goes above and beyond. I really enjoyed the gym, steam room and pool. It was worth staying here from a few days to recover from Mumbai's noise and pollution."

"This hotel is five stars all the way for an overnight stay before catching your flight. The staff in the cafe are SUPERB and the food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is amazing (and that is coming from someone who doesnt really like buffets). Only one criticism: the gym is enormous and beautiful, so why do the rusty elliptical machines look and perform as if they were salvaged from an old gym 20 years ago?"
