"The room for wasn’t upto standards of a 3 star hotel. Poor ventilation in the room and hence, it felt humid in there. Had to ask for things like towel and toilet paper instead of those things just being there in the room. No curtain in the bathroom, so the water goes out close to the toilet when taking a shower, so it can feel a bit yucky. "

"Our stay at the Leela was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. I especially loved the flower arrangements. "Had an amazing 3 night stay at Taj Mahal Towers in January. Everything about this trip was indulgent, magical and pure luxury. From the blessing on entering the lobby, to the wonderful welcome from Jay at check-in, to entering our room with a view directly to the Gateway to India (it was a pleasure to sit in the room and watch the sunrise through the gateway). The room was modern and clean, the only downside was that our room was opposite the lift but all sea view rooms were on the side of the lifts. We had a very calm and serene breakfast alfresco each morning by the pool and the waiters were extremely attentive. High tea at Sea Lounge was a fabulous experience, with the Indian street food a tasty surprise option. Once again the waiting staff were delightful. Cannot fault anything in our stay and if staying in Mumbai again, the Taj Mahal towers would be my only choice. Thank you to all the team for making our stay unforgettable. "

"I have written a detailed review for my stay from 14-16 January. The only additional thing I’d mention is that I left some clothes behind on 10 Jan. On enquiring, they had been found and handed in and I was able to collect them when I returned on 14 Jan. "

"All staff members were very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best l have had with extensive choices and excellent quality. The only negative experience was the bathroom shower door as water leaked out from underneath and the floors became wet and slippery."
