"Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of Carmel, you can walk to restaurants and boutique. The room was well appointed - very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and we had everything we need. There is also a bar on property."

"Asilomar is in a wonderful location and charges a very reasonable amount to stay there. The staff seems friendly and very efficient. The bed and lighting and carpet were all terrific. But the sinks in our bathroom did not operate properly at all and are in desperate need of replacement — pretty surprising really, The slower operated ok but the tub itself is really old with stains and needs to be replaced. I know it’s all about the money but they desperately need to upgrade their facility...

"Romantic stay with my husband. The room was beautiful, and the fireplace added the perfect touch. Even though we faced the street, it was amazingly quiet through the night. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was such a treat to eat by the warm fireplace. We will definitely return!"
