"It is a very peaceful place for a quiet holiday. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food however was poor. All there was to offer was Tanjin beef/chicken/veg. Nothing more. Got tired of it after the 1st time i had it. Its fine for 1 day but nothing more than that. They need to offer their guest more especially when there's no other place to dine nearby."

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! "When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. "

"Fantastic stay at Riad Louhou! Quiet and peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, modern and tastefully decorated with hints of Moroccan culture. Room was a little small but comfortable, excellent shower, clean bedding and towels daily. Rooftop pool and lounge area was great! Nice selection of breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea/coffee at breakfast. "When staying at this road you are made to feel at home and part of the family. Rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable and the desk was useful. Breakfast was tasty and they endeavoured to provide foods to suit each guest. Presentation and variety of food was lovely. Great appreciation to Meryam for her kindness during our stay. "We spent a week in this lovely place. The rooms were a little small, however very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and Moroccan style. The reception offers a nice resting place. Highlights from our stay: very friendly and helpful reception; very nice riads (two); great Moroccan breakfast (included in room fare) served on the terrace and changing every morning; a one minute walk to Jemaa El Fna market; small grocery stand a half minute away. Do not get let down by the small street to access the hotel as it does not reflect the beauty and great value of the hotel. I very strongly recommend the Riad Marraplace. "

"I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday. Riad was a quick walk to main square and various souks within the Medina. I would definitely recommend this hotel for quiet location that is close to everything. Thank you for a fantastic stay and making me feel very welcome."
