"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! "When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. "

"Fantastic stay at Riad Louhou! Quiet and peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, modern and tastefully decorated with hints of Moroccan culture. Room was a little small but comfortable, excellent shower, clean bedding and towels daily. Rooftop pool and lounge area was great! Nice selection of breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea/coffee at breakfast. "Great location for a first time visit to Marrakech. Everything is within walking distance and is easy to get to. The staff were welcoming and always at hand to help. The riad is clean and beautiful. The terrace is nice and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I will definitely stay here again!"

"we booked for five days really enjoyed the food as it was fresh anc lots of options, resort was lovely and clean just the rooms were abit of a walk away from the resurant and wish aqua park had some heated pools as kids couldnt go in as was too cold the actual heated pool was to deep for younger kids other than that all good "
