"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

"First time in Morocco and I am glad that I found this property. Friendly staff, very clean and safe with lots of restaurant and cafe options. close to Medina, you can walk there in less than 30 minutes."

"My second stay at this hotel and was again a lovely experience. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are well equipped, everything is nice and clean, and there are plenty of places nearby for food etc, and its a 30 minute walk into the centre of Marrakech."

"The stay was a must late reservation so I could not look for another otherwise I would not stay Upon arrival curtains were on the ground promised a tech to fix the problem no tech showed up An hour later was told “just live with it” WOW The bed “see photo” bathroom door does not close And TV has no channels at all "

"Great little hotel. Nice and quiet when we were there. Lovely staff. Shower could have been cleaner when we arrived. A 40min walk to markets, easier to get a taxi. Taxis are cheap and can be flagged on road. Area around hotel is scruffy but felt very safe."

"Apartment size was spacious and well lit. Space usage very efficient and modern. Unfortunately the showers even though modern not well maintained and makes taking showers messy with broken hoses. Room with balcony unusable due missing curtains. Street noise is nonstop and makes sleeping unforgivable. Beds mattresses too firm for confort. Kitchen sink clogged and leaks into the floor. Which is unfortunate. Lots of sun light and Windows but not much of privacy and had to close the shades and...

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!

"Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good. Excellent quality Moroccan wines. Only 3 cocktails to choose from but they were very good. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Adil oh entertainment team ! What a brilliant chap - incredibly enthusiastic and so Adil "

Perfect hotel

"Stunning hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is perfectly situated within the Medina, close to Bahia Palace and an easy walk to the Souks. A fabulous breakfast is served in the hotel's courtyard, overlooking the pool. Our room was large and always very clean. Plates of fruit, cookies and dates were left in our room daily which is a lovely touch. There is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Ksar Anika again."

"This riad is perfect for anyone wishing to stay close to the medina in Marrakech. The property is always locked to outsiders, which makes you feel very safe. The staff is very welcoming. Since we arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time, we were taken up to the terrace and graciously served mint tea while we waited for them to finish preparations. The included breakfast is more than generous. The room was comfortable and beautiful with its traditional Moroccan decor. We highly recommend this riad for your stay. "
