The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets. definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london. ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on"

Something that you need to consider is that some floors do not have direct access to the lift, you need to use the stairs to get to the lift. The corridors are a bit of a maze too, so would be annoying if you had lots of heavy cases The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar is a good place to hang out, and the Premium room I opted for was big and spacious. The only thing was that anyone over five foot eight would struggle with the shower as it's tiny Other than that, wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
