"Overall a good stay. Great location. There where problems with their billing process. It didnt make sense how it was done and even though you choose the 'pay at property' option they take a nights stay cost days before you even get there which is not noted when booking the stay and I was not even informed that they where going to do it."

"I’ve stayed here before and love the design/location so was pleased to return. The staff were really helpful/pleasant and the room was very clean with toiletries/towels/refreshments replenished. My Nespresso had a slight leak - I meant to mention it to the staff/team. The pricing was modular and so breakfast/spa access was optional. I can understand this and next time will book into the spa but part of me thinks spa access in a boutique hotel should just be standard. I opted for breakfast...
