"We are a family of 3, stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is lovely, clean and quiet. We all slept well as there were no noise of banging doors, people walking in the hallway and no street noise either. Location is great as close to carpark, Albert Docks and the shopping mall. "Went to Liverpool to visit our son studying at University. The Holiday Inn Express in Duke Street was a very convenient place to be. Very central for exploring the city - you can pretty much walk everywhere. Don't expect from Holiday Inn Express as what you would get at the Holiday Inn. Breakfast feels cramped and rushed - so many people in a small space. "Lovely apartments. Clean. Check in was quick. £20 a night parking fee which is expensive or public down the road for £12 a night. Very central to everything. The breakfast was self service but was delicious. First day it was scrambled egg. Next day omelette. Bacon and sausage good quality. We enjoyed our stay"

"A combined business/ family stay. A junior suite for three people, only two towels, two glasses and two mugs. This was remedied on request, but the same happened again when housekeeping visited, while NOT cleaning the room. Also, it clearly states that there would be bathrobes in the room, this was not the case. Upon request, I was told that if there were any available they would bring them up… there were none. I received a text message to this effect, the same text also told me to ask...
