"Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. "We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am.
