"The entire hotel smells so good and the room was clean. It’s in a very convenient location (couple minutes off freeway), the staff was super nice with easy check-in/check-out. Will be back the next time I’m in town! "

"The bed was the most incredibly comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Like resting on a pillow! And speaking of pillows, all the ones on the bed were fluffy, with different firmness to fit any taste. I unfortunately was in a car accident the morning of my arrival, so each day my body was in pain but it was easy to stay in bed all day with such a restful comfy cozy bed. I appreciated the cuddly pillow doll that kept me company each night, I was alone but genuinely didn't feel lonely because of it. The huge window and city view was awesome to wake up and fall asleep to. I loved being able to control the blinds, curtains, lights, color lighting, and tv all from my phone or the iPad in the room so I didn't even need to get up if I didn’t need to. The lighting was beautiful. I loved everything about staying here. The staff were kind and helpful, the hotel was sparkly clean in every nook and cranny. I have a new favorite go-to hotel!! Its cozy and cute and gives a type of modern Tokyo feel. The rainfall shower was cool too, you can just walk-in, no climbing over tubs or anything potentially painful to someone with body aches and pains, water gets warm quick and the body soap smells herby, almost lavender-ish perfect for a relaxing soothing shower. It was cool having the frosty stall-ike area restroom. I just loved everything about my room :)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. I appreciated the water in the lobby, the restaurant had a delicious brunch menu, and the service was impeccable. The margaritas were absolutely delicious that were offered during the happy hour… And one employee was so kind to give us a margarita, even though we left our token in the room. Everything was clean, and the room service did a fantastic job. We will definitely visit here again. "
