"Location is marvelous for the hotel. Many eatery and shopping malls within walking distance around this hotel. It is a bit pricey but is worthy for the location. Hotel facility is new and room size is good. Except one day we get only 2 bottles of water instead of 3 for 3 guests. Called the front desk they asked us to buy from the vending machine. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so...

"Excellent hotel with high quality facilities and even has a 7/11 (Lawson) in the 4th floor open 24/7! Highly recommend staying here— it’s 5 minute walk to Metro and 7 minute walk to Osaka station — super close to lots of food. Dotonbori area is about 10 mins by car but walkable too if youre looking to stroll through back streets. "

"Easy access to major tourism spots. Nice stuff and terrific design of the hotel. It has not an on-site parking, it was a difficult to find parking space nearby. "
