"The location provided on the Hotel.com website was wrong and the best way to find the hotel us to go to the Pullman from where you can see the Kosa. The hotel is a bit tired on the inside but is comfy, quiet and very reasonably priced."

"The rooms are now a bit dated needs some cosmetic work especially the bathroom. The reception staff and cleaners we very pleasant and helpful unlike the owner/boss never spoke on any occasion. Made a complaint about the condition of the swimming pool dirty all around the perimeter plus debris surrounding walkway dirty as was the shower cubicle. Toilet facilities pool area dirty. Hardly any seating old dirty and tables same and damaged. All fitness equipment dirty and in bad condition Nothing like the pictures on your booking site. Just to say won't be staying again "
