"We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim. "The rooms are now a bit dated needs some cosmetic work especially the bathroom. The reception staff and cleaners we very pleasant and helpful unlike the owner/boss never spoke on any occasion. Made a complaint about the condition of the swimming pool dirty all around the perimeter plus debris surrounding walkway dirty as was the shower cubicle. Toilet facilities pool area dirty.
