"What an excellent hospitality by Marriott.. neat and clean room, great amenities, food served in in room dining and in restaurant is delicious. Met chef Mr. Prakash and he is a gem of a person. Last week faced pathetic services at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur but here at Navi Mumbai entire Marriott team is excellent. They have a very good customer centric approach. "The have a large foot print, the rooms are spacious, mattress not too soft. But one thing very swtrange. The washroom door have no locking arrangment. I have never seen such a thing in any other hotel, and am completely at a loss why is this so. If you are single ocuancy then it doesn't matter. But if you are going to be double occpancy, then you better learn bath-room singing. To let other person know you are in. "

"Very Good property. I stayed in Club room which were spacious by any standard, newly renovated they had premium bathroom fittings and toiletries. The mattress was so good that I have back ache which seemed to disappear miraculously. The breakfast spread was ideal for a corporate traveler - not too much and yet enough. To top it they give you a newspaper in the mornings which was the highlight for me. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent when it comes to ambiance as well as food quality and...

"Fantastic property. Rooms for each of us were without fault. Staff was exceptional at front desk—woman whose name starts with Ka??? Restaurant staff went over the top for us with a surprise slice of cake and we celebrated a birthday!! The staff who did this were: Manesh, Zoi and Namrata. We will book this hotel again. "
