"I stayed for 2 nights. Lovely receptionists. Room was clean. The door of the toilet was not locking though. Noise outside can be audible, but not too distracting. Good place!"

"Convenient to transportation, stores and business district. Clean rooms and comfortable room size. TV is not user-friendly to set up wifi. Step by step instruction should be provided so porter is not needed when unit has been reset. Setting up date and time to match available password in not intuitive. Netflix was not useable as 1 user locked out all other users with password. Hotel bathroom needs 1/2 size water- resistant curtan to cover toilet during showers."

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though."

"This hotel is perfectly placed for the city life,food and shopping the local malls. Theres also 24hr McDonald's,Jollibee..and 7/11 all walking distance. The staff at lex are amazing. I have no complaints and already rebooked for another 2 days later this month. Taxi and grab drivers are easy to access as well. "

"Great service. All of the buffets (morning, lunch, and dinner) are excellent. Although slightly overpriced, the quality of the food justifies the price, I don't know of higher quality food in Cebu. I was however disappointed that there was no available business center where guests could utilize a computer. I had one hour of office work to do, and they had no resources to assist me. "Pleasant stay. Friendly staff, quiet. Unable to use the dining we had to leave early to catch the ferry to Samar. The room was great. Except we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The air conditioning had stopped working but immediately got it restarted. The place is convenient walking distance to Robinson mall. "
