"Hotel is in a good location and right next to a mall for convenience. Rooms were spacious but a little rundown. I tried to take a bath the first day and the water was yellow. They said it was because of a broken pipe. Also, the curtains and windows were very dirty and didn’t rise and Lower correctly. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning."

"This hotel is perfectly placed for the city life,food and shopping the local malls. Theres also 24hr McDonald's,Jollibee..and 7/11 all walking distance. The staff at lex are amazing. I have no complaints and already rebooked for another 2 days later this month. Taxi and grab drivers are easy to access as well. "

"This property is conveniently located. The building is a little bit older, but the rooms are clean. If the property replaces the hallway carpets, it would be great. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding."
