"This was by far our best stay in Thailand. The service at this resort is amazing. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing and fairly priced. "We really enjoyed our stay at Namaka! The staff were so kind and welcoming. Everyone was so kind to our baby and the cleaning staff even brought a baby bath tub for us to use. They had a portable crib set up in our room that was great as well. You are a bit outside of town but there is a free shuttle once an hour that we used to go to the beach. There is also a bit of a rockier beach just down the hill in front of the hotel that we enjoyed walking along. We had read some worrying reviews before our stay but were overall very happy - yes some parts of the resort are a bit tired but we were still pleased with the price we paid. View from the property is amazing! We ordered room service once and it arrived within 20 minutes and we also ate at the restaurant a few times because it was convenient with our baby - always enjoyed!"

"The staff at Sienna is absolutely friendly and generous. The hotel itself is superb. Though a road from/to the hotel is a bit steep for someone with a mobility issue, but can be manageable as there are some options to move around. This stay was a birthday gift for my mother, and what surprised us was the staff congrat her birthday though I didn't mention it before staying. Thank you very much once again for your kindness. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon!"
