"Really great stay!! It was in a great area and very walkable to reach Kamala Beach. The rooms are fine and really all you need (we don’t spend much time in the room anyway). "Walkable flat beaches. They have a paved path to some street shopping. Bring cash as most merchant will not take credit cards. Currency exchange near by. The water is warm. In front of the motel is a clear view of the ocean. We ate breakfast there with a clear view of the Ocean. Motel property in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Helped us with transportation to our next stop. "

"I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"Good location immediately on the “entertainment and bar” street, just off of main road. 8 min walk to beach and the “shopping and restaurant” street. Staff were very nice and helped with getting reasonably priced taxis, which was nice compared to other hotels that gauge tourists. Internet was poor but was in top floor."

Kamala beach is conveniently 5-10 minute walk down the road with plenty of places to eat along the street too. Easy to get around to other beaches also on a grab bike. "The Cottage Suvarnabhumi 4/5 Pleasing We stayed in family room and it was spacious and in good condition.Very friendly staff.Bathroom was renovated 👍 but weak water pressure in the shower...still manageable. Nice pool area. Restaurant and bar on resort property. We didn't eat there but seem to be busy all the time so should be good. After all i would recommend this for budget travelers and i would stay there again."

"Amazing stay at Kamala Beachfront Apartments. Got to the hotel about 10:30 pm, security man helped us carry our belongings upstairs. Woke up, went to check-in. Everybody was so helpful and giving us tips where to visit etc. staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel rooms are basic but adequate. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. Tea, coffee and water provided. Cannot fault the room. The pool area, overlooks the beach and sea. Very quiet and peaceful - just watching...

"This place has only been around since 2019 and only just getting on its feet. The quality of the build is suspect and there are numerous hazzards, such as unprotected drops, railings and barriers that are insufficient to prevent falls and unevenly built stairs. It's an accident waiting to happen. In Europe or North America it would be shut down by building control until repairs and improvements were carried out."
