"The hotel is located in Juso which is just two stops from Umeda- Osaka station on the Hankyu line. The hotel is just a short walk from the station & there are many shops & restaurants & near-by. "On the first day I got the smoking room but I booked for nonsmoking room. When I asked staff he said he didnt have any room left for that night and he will change to nonsmoking room next day. "We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again. "
