"I traveled with my 14 year old son and we don’t have one complaint! The walk to Ventus and El Cid was not too bad and they have carts to transport you if you get tired of walking. We spent most of our time at Ventus and El Cid as there was more to do. The roof top bars at Ventus Ha were really nice. The ocean isn’t great but it didn’t bother us as there are so many pools to choose from between the 3 resorts. The food was amazing!! And so many restaurants to choose from. We will be going back...

"If you’re budget traveling this is a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos. The property is in a fantastic location next to the beach. The balcony of our apartment looked out over a beautiful building across the way and had a partial ocean view. We enjoyed that feature! "Absolutely AMAZING staff. Everyone here knows what customer service is all about. I spent 21 nights and never tired of the food and looked forward to every meal. They have an entertainment team at the pool which makes it so much more fun whether you are participating or just watching. The kids club also goes above and beyond. You know that when your kids wake up and ask when they can go back that it's impressive."

"Great location. Our room (#11) was smaller than it appeared in photos. Kitchenette very small and nothing provided except dish detergent. Hammocks were excellent addition but building could use some love. Not good value for money, we left early and found nicer cheaper places on the beach side. "

"We spent almost three weeks in beautiful Puerto Morelos, and this was by far the cleanest place we stayed. It had a mini kitchen and a pool, which made our stay even better. You can walk barefoot to a snorkeling spot, and the area is full of great restaurants. Just a heads-up—it can get a bit noisy until early morning, so earplugs or headphones might come in handy!"

"This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "
