"We spent 5 days at Hotel RIU Montego Bay and it was a 5/5 across the board. To start off, it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. We arrived and were greeted by staff and offered a variety of complimentary drinks. There was no line to get checked-in (didn't do the online check-in), and it took less than 5 minutes to check in. We got our wristband, information about the stay, and were on our way to the rooms. The rooms are a little far (3-5 min walk) from the pool/grounds area, but this is great cause of the noise levels. The room was very clean, had a stocked fridge, and a large balcony. We changed into our swim trunks and got right to business! The layout of the property is so beautiful and well thought out - everything we needed was all within a 200 foot radius of each other. Food, the pool, entertainment, and the beach, was how we spent most of our days. The food was amazing! The breakfast buffet has everything you could think of, and there are great options for lunch and dinner. Entertainment here was truly the icing on the cake. We didn't even bother booking excursions outside the resort. Karaoke, the steel pan show, and acrobatics were world-class across the board. We were very, very, pleased with our experience, and will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend you stay here for your next getaway to Jamaica!"

"EVERY SINGLE STAFF AT THE RESORT MADE SURE I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THEIR OWN WAY! From the front desk staff who was always available wether it was by phone or in person,no matter the time… to the bar staff who always had a smile on their face when they serve you… to the cab drivers who was always willing to wait for you and ensure your safety off the resort! Chanel (I hope I spelled her name rite) from the scuba resort is someone I want to highlight as she takes THE BEST PICTURES and she is so bubbly and always keeps a smile on her face. She really loves her job! JAMMIN BAR was my favorite bar by far! The staff kept me smiling and laughing and they were so full of life and made the best drinks! I loved my experience "

"I don't like resorts and this hotel was new to my wife and I. It was conveniently located on the strip and allowed us to walk the strip without need of a taxi. It is also only 10 minutes from the airport. The facility is in excellent condition and the food was great. We used the bar, of which the bartender knew her way around a pour. Also used the spa and had a fantastic massage. We highly recommend this hotel and have been raving about it since we returned home. "

"Where do I start?? I visited with my family of 6 to celebrate my birthday and my butler Ronald made sure to make this birthday memorable! Many of the staff members would walk by me and wish me a happy birthday! I can’t wait to visit Jamaica again because I will definitely stay at Jewel again! "

"Upon arrival, everyone makes you feel special. As soon as we walked in, they popped a bottle of champagne and asked us about our travel. We were immediately greeted by someone connected to expedia to confirm our arrival and departure information. The hotel was beyond clean. The people who work there are cleaning all day. The room was very nice. Some minor damage to the top of the night stands (from people placing beverages) but very clean. We were able to visit the other 2 resorts (very easy and close walking distance). The palace was by far the cleanest and most relaxing. Beach at the palace was also the softest sand and water compared to beach access at the other two. The buffet was amazing! Great food with a variety of options. Reservations were very difficult to get. Unfortunately we were only able to reserve the asian cuisine restaurant. I would describe the experience as wonderful and clean but the food was mediocre. We found very similar items throughout the buffet. There is a lot to do and no matter what you are looking for, they have it. Wonderful experience!! "
