"Housekeepers were excellent. All inclusive and I got very sick with food poisoning on day six. Spent last two days in bed. Did not leave the resort and only ate there. "

"The Azul Grand is absolutely stunning, every room has and ocean view, the hotel is very minimalistic but not negatively, every aspect is meant to draw your attention to the outside and surrounding! The staff was friendly, kind and accommodating! Food on the other had was fair, the restaurants were hard to book and honestly the food was mediocre to say the least! The all inclusive food buffet was ok, lots of amazing fresh fruits which was nice, but the variety was only ok! The is a gorgeous board...

"En general estoy muy satisfecha con mi estancia en este hotel, sólo quiero dar mi opinión sobre la comida en el restaurante Colores y es que es malísima, tanto el desayuno como la cena, la comida es mala, sin sabor, sin variedad. El restaurante de especialidad Oyster me encantó y me arrepentí de no haber reservado otra noche ahí... la comida es muy buena, la vista inmejorable, la atención excelente; quedé encantada también con la cafetería, los postres y latte's que sirven buenísimo, la comida...

"Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome...
