"Hotel was overall very nice, buffet breakfast choice was great and staff were good too. Only negative I experienced was how thin the walls are between rooms ~ I could hear the neighbours talking clearly. ( in bathroom particularly) Wasn't a big deal as was out most of the time but not what you expect from such a hotel. I would recommend staying here."

"The hotel was gorgeous. Sites within walking distance. I must say the 3 gentleman that attended the hotel entrance were so pleasant and helpful. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the rooftop pool area but it got chilly. "

"Excellent property in Centro/Sol. Hotel sits on Plaza Del Carmen which is currently being upgraded and should be lovely when complete. Location is Chueca adjacent with easy access to Malasaña, Retiro, Gran Via, and most attractions. David, Santi, and Manuel showed me nothing but comfort and grace. Thank you so much!"

"Breakfast was great and the location was fantastic - my only complaint would be sometimes the noise from the streets would be a little annoying, but not the staff or hotels fault. The staff was very friendy and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay overall at Vincci the Mint! "
