"This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to everything, and very close to a Metro station. My room was clean and updated, it was not a very large room, but it was perfect for one or two people. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site was also great for a drink and a quick bite. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Location and friendly staff! Those are my highlights. The location is unbeatable, right off Gran Via near shopping and a short walk to all the tourist stuff. But the people that work here are the best!! Also, as a work traveler, I love that they have a washer and dryer. It helps so much. My only complaint is the tiny gym. Otherwise, this will continue to be my go-to work hotel Madrid. "
