"Lovely hotel but despite having a quiet room, noise was an issue. The room had a locked ajoining door to another room which at 3am had a noisy guest talking on their phone after a night out. TV had a poor signal and coffee machine didnt work. That said, staff were great, hotel beautiful but just spoilt by an inconsiderate guest."

"Hotel had some highlights like the eclectic rooms. While they might look nice, weren’t very functional. The closet was nearly unfunctional with its multiple doors. The luggage rack was too large to open within the closet so that was useless. While having a heated towel rack is nice, you have to walk across the entire bathroom from the shower to get to it. "It was a great experience overall! The only minor issue was the oven clock light, which is quite bright and positioned right in front of the bed. However, that's just a small inconvenience. The place is fantastic, and the location is absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I've stayed many times at this hotel while on business in Madrid. It's location is excellent. Hotel is in great shape and clean. Elevators can take quite a while to show up at times. Great staff. Great restaurant. Great bar. Lobby is comfy and a great casual place to meet clients, friends and grab a drink."
