"They were nice but we had issues with hot water and maintenance said they would come and did not come. On the last day I called for help with luggage but they didn’t show up. We wanted to get a taxi so we talked to the front desk and they said to go up front. At the airport the driver said the hotel charges a fee and we were charged double the amount of what we paid when we used a limo to get to the hotel from the airport. We did not hear about it when we asked at the front desk. Maybe tell us...

"A great place good location walking distance to Marina mall and metro. Room / Apartment was great had everything I needed cooker, washing machine and fridge. Restaurant was very good with nice food.All staff were friendly and helpfull. All in all a great place to stay would definitely go back."

Beautiful views at the heart of JBR

"We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. The spaces were big, all was new and clean. We were told at check in that it might have been noisy, as it was on lower floors and at night there was going to be music. Indeed it was. We would have liked to know it in advance, but at the end we had not trouble sleeping"
