"Excellent Hotel, provided my family with a room whilst they were getting our 2 suites ready. As we had arrived on an early flight. Had my room changed due to a water leak, and was provided with an other room within minutes. We were also provided with a complimentary meal for everyone in my party. Suites were always cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Then in the lobby they had a great cafe Risen, their coffee was superb. The gift shop staff Faheed...

"The property was nice overall. I saw but did not visit the pool and tennis court and basketball court. Staff was polite and respectful. The two towers were pretty much identical but one was an apartment and one was the actual hotel. The shower door couldn’t close properly so water would run outside the shower and make puddles on the bathroom floor. Some mold was noticed in the shower ceiling. "

"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "

"I been booking this hotel for the past 3 years But i don’t think i will book again Because the staff in breakfast area specially the manager and the staff in the front I had 11 nights ago and every time I go to have a breakfast, they owe me a trouble and one time I found hair in my eggs and I called the manager and he did not take any action And they have seated me twice and when I go back to my table, I see people on my table. It’s just such a mess."
