"Had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza, Festival City. Festival City itself is served by a small boat to and from Creek harbour and then a walk to Creek metro station. It would be better if the green metro line was connected all the way to this part of Dubai. The hotel itself was very good. "Palazzo Versace Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and luxurious. "Located just 5minutes from the airport terminal, Le Meridien provided us with a place to stay which was exceptional. I cannot fault it in any way. What was outstanding for me was the friendliness of the staff throughout our stay, from the minute we arrived until we left, we were treated like royalty! As a hotel with conference facilities, my only criticism is the number of occasions business people held impromptu meetings and were constantly on their phones in the breakfast area."

"Hello, first of all, it took 10-15 min to get hot water to the shower or the faucet; i almost missed my appointment the first night. Besides wasting time, this is a huge waste of water which goes against any environment benefits the hotel is trying to achieve! The tiles in the shower were cracked and broken in several areas. The AC at the lowest setting could not combat the heat outside leaving me dripping in sweat. The lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke in the evenings; I guess overflow from the bar. The concierge/ front desk were not available most of the time and called back on occasions and on occasions had to call several time to get any assistance. The location is not convent to any dining, except for Jone's the grocer and the list goes on. I hope that this helps and hopefully you can do something about it. regards, Wissam"
