"Had a great stay here. Very close to all the attractions. The hotel is a little dated but still in very good shape. The room was very spacious, had a great bath tub with separate shower. We loved the free mini bar filled with pop, water and snacks daily. We found the concierge very helpful and the doormen as well. "

"I always felt safe with security at the door. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helful. My one bit of unhappiness came when the staff took our washclothes with the towels. Also, the lotion bottle was not refilled and stayed empty for most of our stay."

"Whenever I’m flying out of Heathrow T5, if I have to spend the night, I choose the Sofitel. You can walk to it without ever leaving the airport, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good. And if I want to go into town for some adventure, transportation is close by."
