"After seventeen days in Thailand we spent the last four in Bangkok. I booked our stay at Banyan Tree Hotel, quite frankly, that's one decision I'm so proud I did. From the day we arrived with such a warm greeting and such high level of professionalism from Mr Wat that was the begining of our magnificent experience.We were immediately taken up to the club level and what a warm and sincere greeting we received from their staff. "Staff was great in all aspects. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Pool area is quite small and has limited seating and shade. Bar is not a true bar area with full seating but there are bars in the area. "
