The staff treated us like family. Very attentive. Especially Eak at the pool. He was always there to provide us with VIP experience. Set our table for the last night with Xmas setting. The suite rooms are superb. Love the pool and the surrounding activity area. Very creative.

Very clean and well maintained. Coffee and tea supplies were not replenished after 2-3 days. Also were unable to get a nightcap in the bar after an evening out with friends as it closed at 9:30 pm.

A special thanks to the front desk staff who checked me in; she was incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and always greeted me with a smile whenever I passed through the lobby. I also appreciate the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean and tidy, and the breakfast experience was fantastic. The restaurant staff were always ready to assist.
