They booked me in a different building and I had to go to the main building to access gym and pool which made it inconvenient. I didn’t like that very much. "First time at Passa Hotel. Loved the decor - the Chinese porcelain stools at the reception are superb although maybe not practical for a reception check in desk especially when travellers are coming from far and tired. I felt I might slip off. Also not disability friendly. Rooms are a bit small and could not get the AC temperature right. Also shower temperature could be warmer. All that said - good value for money and lovely welcoming staff. "

Best hotel in Sukhumvit

"I always stay here when i visit Bangkok, so that should be ebough to know how i feel about it. Place is super clean, reasonably priced with excellent service and super clean. Rooms are very large huge windows, great views. Also. Such easy access to the mall and train. Which are right on its door. "

"I felt the staff were polite and attentive. It is a spacious airy hotel that is decorated tastfully. Its modern and bright inside. Late pool access which was lovely as it was quiet. It was close to great dining options, and great shopping. Would definitely stay again"
