"My stay here was amazing. I visit to see family who is in the hospital during a very sensitive time in my life and I am so happy I picked this hotel. The staff was amazing the entire stay and so helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great and plenty to choose from. The coffee and tea was great. Everyone was nice, helpful, and friendly. "Very nice hotel and would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the thermostat made a noise each time it cycled on/off and so it woke me several times during the night. There was a false fire alarm that went off multiple times over the span of about 2 hours on the morning we departed with not much communication from the staff. "

"The sweet receptionist was very quick and helpful, the breakfast staff was nice and did a great job with cooking a nice full breakfast. coffee was great! The bed was soft and comfy and great pillows! Nice shower with all bathroom amenities. Location was good for passing through Memphis. We felt safer in Olive Branch."

"Jermy at the front desk was the most professional and concerning worker I ver seen in my life!! He always asked me was I ok with my stay, did I need anything to please just let him know, & gave me information for bar and drink menus…Very nice service and nice hotel!! Worker (Jermy) at the front desk should b a manager as good of service he gave me!!! Thank you"
