We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. "Lot of Noise. At 12:45 Am there was a discussion between a family. I called the service desk, they were supposed to send a guard, but the issue continues for more than an hour. No body seems to care about the situation. At checkout I mentioned the situation to the receptionist and he simply didn't care at all"
